Olde Hixy Smokehouse stared in 1997 with help from Richard Koppes. He purchased the first smoker and created the recipies to smoke bacon, ham, turkey, brisket, and more the Olde Fashioned way. We can even cold smoke cheese! You can find us daily at Burkey’s Bar and Grill, or call us for catering or meat by the pound.
